Foundations | Attunement | Anchor & Release | Seasonal Ritual |Prenatal Massage | Somatic Study
Welcome to the world of holistic massage therapy — where modern practice meets ancient wisdom. At Body Philosophy, each session is guided by your breath, your pace, and the unique needs your body expresses that day. We begin with Foundations, establishing a strong base. From there, the experience deepens—slower, more focused, and tailored to you. My Somatic Study offering is a dedicated journey for those seeking to explore their body’s systems with greater intention and awareness.
1. Foundations
90 min | $145
A full-body session that helps your system slow down and settle.
This is the first step for all new clients. We focus on connection, breath, and gentle full-body massage to help you feel more at home in your body. I use slow gliding strokes, soothing compressions, and nervous system-aware pacing to support deep rest and reconnection.
Ideal for: fatigue, tension, or anyone feeling disconnected from their body.
Techniques: full-body Swedish-inspired massage, fascial contact, grounding holds
2. Attunement
60 min | $105
Focused work for the upper body—head, neck, face, shoulders, and jaw.
This session supports overstimulated systems, facial tension, and mental fatigue. We work with gentle facial sculpting techniques, cranial base holds, detailed neck work, and pressure point release. The goal is to help you soften areas that often tighten unconsciously.
Ideal for: headaches, jaw pain, stress, or screen fatigue.
Techniques: face and scalp massage, cranial holds, targeted neck and shoulder work
3. Anchor & Release
90 min | $150
A deeper session that stays with fewer areas of the body.
This work is steady and intentional—focused on the places you’ve been holding for a long time. That may include the hips, belly, low back, or shoulders. Using sustained pressure, passive movement, and slow unwinding, we allow the body time to shift on its own terms.
Ideal for: chronic tightness, burnout, grief, or emotional weight
Techniques: slow fascial work, positional release, breath-based pacing, passive joint movement
4. Prenatal Massage
60 min | $100
90 min | $145
Each session begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling, so your care is fully tailored to this stage of your pregnancy. With supportive side-lying and cushion positioning, I create a safe, restful space for you to relax deeply while easing back pain, hip tension, swelling, and fatigue. Gentle breathing techniques and guided positioning help you release during the massage, and I’ll also show you simple ways to use these supports at home. This work is designed to leave you feeling not only cared for, but also more comfortable and confident in your own body as it changes.
Ideal for: Expecting mothers seeking safe, specialized relief from pregnancy discomforts, along with guidance they can carry into daily life.
Techniques: Supportive side-lying and cushion positioning, gentle Swedish-style massage, breath awareness, guided relaxation, and simple take-home positioning practices.
4. Seasonal Ritual
90 min | $160
Massage as a seasonal threshold.
This session marks a transition—of weather, energy, or life stage. We begin with warm tea and a quiet check-in. From there, the massage is shaped by the season: warming oils in winter, grounding bellywork in autumn, cooling facial work in summer, or light movement in spring. No two are the same.
Ideal for: life transitions, hormonal shifts, solstice/equinox rituals, or intentional rest
Techniques: seasonal oil massage, lymphatic support, grounding compressions, breathwork
Somatic Study
90 min | $160
A body-based learning series focused on deeper awareness and integration.
This is a 7-part series, each session exploring one system of the body: skin, fascia, bones/alignment, circulation, and nervous system. We end with two integrative sessions to connect what was learned. You’ll gain clarity around how your body responds to life and how to listen with more precision.
Ideal for: long-term tension, postural exploration, trauma recovery, or people seeking a deeper relationship with their body
Techniques: layered fascial work, verbal guidance, breath pacing, passive movement, body awareness practice
*This is not a drop-in massage. Somatic Study is a dedicated journey.
The series includes:
Session 1: Skin – sensation, boundary, surface listening
Session 2: Fascia – connection, tension, responsiveness
Session 3: Bones & Alignment – structure, posture, gravity
Session 4: Blood & Circulation – flow, energy, warmth
Session 5: Nervous System – pacing, signals, rest cycles
Session 6: Integration I – connecting patterns across the body
Session 7: Integration II – reflection, noticing, application
